'Diet Chicken  Chicken leg piece cooked without oil that suits for dieting.  Ingredients  Chicken Leg- 1  Ginger garlic paste- 1/4 tsp  Turmeric powder- 2 pinch  Chilly powder- 1/4 tsp  Pepper powder-1/4 tsp  Salt- 1/4 tsp  Steps  Wash the chicken and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out and keep it in a bowl. Mix all ingredients except pepper,with the chicken. Keep the bowl inside a cooker as shown and cook for 1 whistle. After 3 minutes take out the steam. Fry the chicken in  tava as shown. Add pepper. Serve along with onion slices and lemon.
